Born in Greece in 1972.

She has graduated from “Greek Institute for Biosynthesis” and she is working as a certified body psychotherapist.

She has also graduated Physical education in the University of Athens.

In 1997, the problems with her health were the starting point for her inner growth. She started with psychoanalysis and NLP and then, since 2002, she travelled and lived to Poona-India where she has attended many trainings and workshops and she is certified in Meditation therapy and facilitating No-Mind groups for 16 years.

She is a member of Eckhart’s Tolle “School of Awakening” and she has finished training in “Body-Mind-Centering” of Bonnie Baidbridge Cohen.

She has written an article in “Greek’s Institute for Biosynthesis” published book: “The body in the world and the self in the body”.

She is now a member at the scientific committee of “Greece’s Association for Body Psychotherapists”.

She has deep love and gratitude for Premartha and Svarup, who trained her into the Childhood Deconditioning work.

She is a Reiki Master and she is giving sessions and groups since 2003.

She is also trained in Pulsation and Counselling skills.
